Main starts with leader stat at 0. No limits.

Racket Selection:
 - Drugs or both will not allow romantic relations with any lawful character (e.g. Detective Marcy)
 - Gambling will decrease your money potential (e.g. hiring muscle, bribes, etc)
 - Rackets may negatively impact your relation towards a character (e.g. Jane hates drugs)
