On the first night at Mrs Carter's house, do not give her the £10, choose the other option and keep the money.
On Monday at lunchtime, buy a burger for Vanessa and chat her up, don't say she's fuckable.
That should get him a date with Vanessa that evening.
There are quite a few dialogue choices with Polly some of which will increase her interest, mainly he should be open with Polly and say things that indicate he's sexually experienced/motivated.
At the pub with Vanessa, go for buying her the strongest drinks possible, and buy a drink for Rosie to learn her secret. Take advantage of the "secret".
When talking to Vanessa in the pub, side with her against her boyfriend.
Keep going with Vanessa until she stops him and makes them leave the pub (there is another way but this should also work)
That should lead to some action in the alleyway with Vanessa.
Later that evening in Pamela's flat, show interest in Pamela, not Mandy (interest in Mandy could lock him into seeing Mandy the next evening).
Next day at work in the morning, agree to help Polly with her personal stuff.
Tell Polly the truth about what happened with Vanessa.
Keep going with Polly and that should lead to action with her in the lab.
For the rest of the day, until he leaves work, decline any choices that engage his evening.
Upon leaving work, he should then get the choice to go see the barmaid or just go home.
(Just going home leads to meeting Rachel BTW)
NOTE: although the barmaid content can alternatively be accessed via the cheat, that is still only available if he already did things at the pub.

Spoiler: How to fuck Pam
In the evening at Pam's place when retrieving the phone:
Ask about Mandy's husband.
What about Pam?
All of the above!

Next morning when Mandy comes in:
Good morning.
Tell her she has a nice bum.
Don't bother

At work when asked who is your favourite by Polly:

Lunchtime:
Spend lunch completely with Mrs Morris and don't talk to Polly and her friend

Rachel Walkthroughs

PLEASE NOTE - "walkthroughs" is plural.  Although the current endings for Rachel's content can be placed into a kind of heirarchy, the top tier of which is currently very difficult to attain, several of the endings are nevertheless equally valid in the context of gameplay progression overall because it will be possible to visit Rachel again.  On each subsequent visit progress will become less difficult.  The main endings and how to get them are as follows:

Main Ending 1 (ends with a fantasy scene) there are other ways but this works:

Invite Rachel inside.
Don't bother to offer her anything.
During the conversation, if he touched Mandy's bum that morning, DO NOT tell Rachel about that.  Otherwise it doesn't matter what he says.
When searching for the batteries he needs to get only x1 upskirt view (tell rachel to look in the lower right hand drawer and then he looks in the cupboard under the sink).
Rachel will return and he can repair her "appliance".
Agree to her proposals.
Tell her that swollen parts sounds sexy.
At Rachel's house she will invite him upstairs and then change her mind.
He waits downstairs - he should choose to try for a sneaky look at her.
What he overhears Rachel saying is a clue to fucking her another time.
He should stay where he is until she sees him.
He should not leave Rachel's house - go back into her sitting room instead.
When she offers him a reward, he should ask to see her 'lady parts'.
She will give him a view and ask him to do something later.
He goes home to bed and fulfills Rachel's request.

Main Ending 2 (ends with Rachel comes in her knickers) there are several ways but this works:

Invite her inside.
Offer something to eat or drink.
How he makes the tea doesn't matter.
During the conversation, tell Rachel that Mandy is really nice.
When searching for the batteries he needs to get only x1 upskirt view (tell Rachel to look in the lower right hand drawer and then he looks in the cupboard under the sink).
Agree to her proposals.
DO NOT say that he's not into seeing her swollen parts.
At Rachel's house she will invite him upstairs - reassure her.
DO NOT simply agree that her thighs are fat.  Otherwise, for this ending the responses only affect things that Rachel says later.
Telling Rachel not to press harder and just to stay teasing will cross over towards Main Ending 3, otherwise Rachel comes in her knickers.

Main Ending 3 (Rachel removes her knickers, MC can come over her and she orgasms) there are several ways but this works:

He can use the cross over route from Main Ending 2 above but he will not get the better ending/s for 3 unless he also did a good job on the tea making and during the conversation (as below) - OR:

Invite her inside.
Offer something to eat or drink.
He now needs to do a fair job on the tea making, it doesn't need to be perfect but:  She wants milk and three sugars; put the teabag and water in before the sugar; put the milk in last; try to make a cup of tea not a mug of tea; finish with a teaspoon from the drawer to remove the teabag and stir.
During the conversation, tell Rachel that Mandy has been very trusting or, if he told Mandy she has a nice bum, he can tell Rachel about that.
When searching for the batteries he needs to get x2 upskirt view (first tell Rachel to look in the top left cupboard, then he looks in the bottom left drawer.  Then as above tell Rachel to look in the lower right hand drawer and then he looks in the cupboard under the sink).
Agree to her proposals.
DO NOT say that he's not into seeing her swollen parts.
At Rachel's house she will invite him upstairs - reassure her or offer to leave, it doesn't matter any more.

There will be another conversation which varies depending on previous choices.  If he disputed that her thighs are fat he might be given a choice to say that (if she were to allow him to fuck her) he would pull out and come all over her - in that even DO NOT make that choice.  Otherwise the conversation can affect which part of her body she asks him to come over.
She tells him what she wants and he complies, then she comes.

Main Ending 4 (doggy fuck) there are several ways but this works:

Invite her inside.
Offer something to eat or drink.
He needs to do a really good job on the tea making, it still doesn't need to be absolutely perfect (notes as above under Main Ending 3).
During the conversation, (as above) tell Rachel that Mandy has been very trusting or, if he told Mandy she has a nice bum, he can tell Rachel about that.
When searching for the batteries (as above) he needs to get x2 upskirt view (first tell Rachel to look in the top left cupboard, then he looks in the bottom left drawer.  Then as above tell Rachel to look in the lower right hand drawer and then he looks in the cupboard under the sink).
